WARNINGS
For laxative effects, do not use > 10 days consecutively. Topically is extremely safe. Orally administered drugs should be taken one hour prior to consumption of aloe vera leaf gel or several hours after consumption, as it may slow the absorption of orally administered drugs.
PREPARATION
"Bitter Aloe" is a dried latex taken from the "peel" of the leaves, more precisely the double wall of the leafs water sacs. 50-100 ml whole leaf concentrate (high acemannan). Juice or gel topically.
